Add Family Members

Once logged in, visit manage family members at this link https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/ymcala/myaccount/familymembers?locale=en-US or by finding it through your account. Click “Add family member” and add your son or daughter to your account using your email and phone number if your child doesn’t have their own. If you are enrolling multiple children add them now. It is important that you check out with everyone in the same transaction to get the discount applied.

When you are done it should look like this. If you want to set a family role (Adult, Child, etc) for each you can by clicking Edit Information. If you want to add to Authorized Pickups you can add them using the dropdown. I don’t think either of these are required or used.

 
 

Add Items to Cart

Voyagers Program

Visit the Adventure Guide Voyagers program at this link https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/ymcala/activity/search/enrollteam/275799?onlineSiteId=0&locale=en-US or by finding it under activities. Select yourself in the participant dropdown and your circle name in the Select team dropdown and click Add to cart.

This is the most important part of the instructions. When you get to the Shopping Cart page do not do anything on this page yet. Do not check the checkboxes under Waiver, do not enter your initials, do not sign your name, and do not attempt to check out. It won’t persist and you don’t want to have to do this four times with each item separately.

Again, visit the Adventure Guide Voyagers program from the same link or by clicking the Voyagers item in your cart and going through the Team Registration button. Select your son or daughter in the participant dropdown and your circle name in the Select team dropdown and click Add to cart. Repeat as needed for siblings. At this point your cart should look like this:

 
 

Yucaipa

Visit the Yucaipa activity at this link https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/ymcala/activity/search/enrollteam/275793?onlineSiteId=0&locale=en-US or by finding it under activities. Select yourself in the participant dropdown and your circle name in the Select team dropdown and click Continue. Fill in the required Enrollment Details making sure to enter your circle name in the Please list your Circle box. Yes, you have to enter your circle name twice on this step. The website has some rough edges. Anyway, complete that and then add to cart.

Again, visit the Voyager Yucaipa activity page from the same link or by clicking the Yucaipa item in your cart and going through the Team Registration button. Follow the same steps selecting your son or daughter and your circle name and Add to cart again. Repeat as needed for siblings. At this point your cart should look like this:

 
 

Check Out

Now fill out the Waiver section checking the checkboxes, adding your initials, and signing the waiver awkwardly with your mouse or phone screen and then proceed to Check out.
